Triple P Positive Parenting Programme
Triple P is an internationally acclaimed parenting program. Scientifically shown to have helped more than four million children and their families in more than 25 countries.
Triple P works by giving parents the skills to build strong family relationships, manage misbehaviour, and prevent problems happening in the first place. But it doesn’t tell people how to parent. Rather, it gives them simple and practical strategies they can adapt to suit their own values, beliefs, and needs.
At ACROSS Te Kotahitanga O Te Wairua, we offer free 2-hr Triple P Positive Parenting courses to support parents of tamariki aged 2 to 10 years old. Our most popular topics include:

Setting up healthy screentime routines and dealing with screentime problems
Overcoming Fears & Self-esteem (A two-part course – 4 hours)
Helping our children overcome anxiety and fears and ways to build their self-esteem
Courses are available via Zoom at different times of the day or evening.
We also offer face-to-face options at the ACROSS office 294a Church St, Palmerston North.
